Group Fitness classes at the Wilson Family YMCA allow you the opportunity to stay active and inspired under the instruction and supervision of licensed and certified Y staff. With approximately 90 offerings each week, there is something for everyone!

Indoor Cycling

The Robin Givens & John Lantz Cycling Room is located in our Youth Wellness Center. You will find plenty of classes to choose from! Cycling classes do fill up so be sure to call Membership Services to reserve your spot.
EVENING CLASSES: Reservations may be made the day of the class by calling 291-9622.
ALL OTHER CLASSES: First come, first served.
Please call to cancel your reservation should you not be able to attend. This will allow Member Services staff to notify the alternate. Non-Members may not reserve a bike. No saving bikes. Classes offered:
